I will always continue with them! Great service and fast! I had to get my hearing aides adjusted today 2/20/26 and Amanda checked my hearing with and without my hearing aides! She got my problem corrected and advised me if I had anymore issues with my volume with them ,to call her back and they can be sent off for repair! I thought my right aid had quit working and I needed the white noise removed. I was given a prompt appointment. I had a very short wait before I was called back. R hearing aid was okay, white noise was removed and my hearing was about the same as it has been. This is a very efficient office that does exactly what you need to have done.

We had to send the left hearing aid off for warranty work . Amanda covered how to adjust thright hearing aid with the Signia app on my phone . Result was a low amount of hearing. When the repaired hearing aid was shipped back she was able to adjust my hearing aids to a mid volume level so I can set them up if need. Hearing better than before and have lots of room for adjustments.
